Abstract

Tempat sampah otomatis berbasis Arduino adalah inovasi teknologi yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kebersihan dan kenyamanan dalam membuang sampah. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor ultrasonik untuk mendeteksi keberadaan objek atau tangan pengguna dalam jarak tertentu, yang kemudian memicu motor servo untuk membuka tutup tempat sampah secara otomatis tanpa perlu kontak fisik. Setelah sampah dibuang, tutup akan menutup kembali secara otomatis setelah jeda waktu tertentu. Dengan menggunakan Arduino sebagai otak, sensor ultrasonik sebagai mata, dan servo sebagai aktuator—serta dengan bantuan program yang sesuai—produk ini menjadi produk yang siap pakai. Pentingnya desain mekanis dan desain elektronik menjadi kunci utama keberhasilan produk ini dalam bekerja.
